If in Luis' view of museum piece/ Collector's Item he: Takes the diamonds and escapes from the roof in a helicopter... Maybe this mission will be called in TBOGT: Luis In The Sky With Diamonds? Since there is a good possibility that Luis escapes the Libertonian by Helicopter, I would say the mission should be called that regardless of any skydiving being there or not. You can tell once you watch the little animation that he's jumping out of a helicopter. Going on R*'s history with things like this, I'd say it's a one mission feature. I'd like to be wrong, but I just know that they've done this type of thing in the past where they plug the hell out of a feature they're including in the game only to have it appear in only one mission. I don't actually see a parachute though. There's probably a mission where you have to jump out of a helicopter over the ocean or maybe from one chopper to another. I don't know how the whole parachute thing would work with the physics of the game engine though. When Niko and Johny fall out of helicopters you can't control the freefall as accurately as if you were skydiving. When exactly did they "plug the hell" out of a feature and only utilize it for one mission? They never said that the ability to grab trucks/helicopters would be a feature that could be used at any time. The most they did was show it in a trailer I think. Hell, the only thing I can actually remember them plugging that wasn't used in GTAIV was climbing telephone poles and portable radio... And maybe the ability to control free falls only comes when you are wearing a parachute. That's how it worked in San Andreas so why would it be different here? In San Andreas if you jump out of a plane or off a building, CJ would flail his arms around and scream like a girl. But if you had a parachute on he would be consciously nose diving. If that was the deal then, don't you think Rockstar would have your character dive only when wearing a parachute. Yes, obviously.
