Jannomag
Hi, I played GTA4 around an hour ago, than I closed it, because my Speedometer didn't work. When I pressed ^ (~) I didn't get a console - but the console worked, yesterday. I didn't change or mod something since yesterday! Ok - I put all script relevant files for a new into my GTA folder - Asiloader (dsound.dll), Scripthook (newest version) and speedometerIV. Then I started the game. The titlescreens are coming up, but when the menu have to show up, the game freezed - my task manager on my second monitor shows me the same. I thought, I get the game run, when I remove the dsound and scripthook dll's. But the game doesn't start. Does anybody knows, how I can remove this error?? I swear, that I didn't change other things, as the script things I written above Greetings Jannomag EDIT: I test gta again and now, it starts! But I've got the same error, I had a few days ago: All car models (modded and original) are "damaged" - for ex. there are no wheels or no chassis... And my game is lagging like a slideshow. This f*cking game makes me crazy - I didn't do anything, but the game strikes - BUT WHY! I don't want to install the whole game new...there is too much blood and sweat in I think I go to R* and run amok - I've got the idea while playing gta - I've buyed the game and it doesn't work from the first day on! Even without mods, the game doesn't work, as it have to.... Edited August 24, 2009 by Jannomag
Rob.Zombie
I had the same problem for about an hour, but then it disappeared. Even my friend had that problem so I guess it was GFWL, or f*ck knows what.
Jannomag
I tried it, after I written my first post - and it works... It's a pity that R* doesn't have an agency in Germany USA is to far to run amok
