Carel
Hi all, I'm having a little problem here... My game is now 57.81% completed & after I've done the "That Someone Special" Mission, no new missions have come up. Basically, I'm stuck & have no clue what to do further? David.
Try calling Pegorino. You should also check the mission tree Edited August 24, 2009 by d4v1d

Girish
There's really not much you can do in this case since you cannot unlock the next mission unless Pegorino calls you. Many people have gotten stuck at this point. Are you using any no-dvd crack? If yes, get rid of it. Try doing some side missions to pass some time and see if it triggers the call. As a last resort, you can try Xliveless.
Carel
hmm, I've done a few side missions & nothing... Still no new missions & still the game is only at 57.81 % complete. Luckily I have backed up my savegame, so maybe it'll help if I restore it & do a few mission over again? This happend after my Vista crashed & I had to format. I'm on Windows 7 now & the game was working fine, at least, untill now. SOmething that irritates me is Packie calling me, telling me: "I don't want to worry........". He calls me, EVERY TIME I open the game, so this must be some glitch or something. I'll try the xlive thing...
Carel
Ok, I'm giving up, my last Savegame I backed up was @ the "FLATLINE" mission. I had to format my PC because of a corrupted registry... maybe this is where the bang begins, restoring the Savegame correctly. Anyone have a guide of how to correctly restore the Savegame? Carel
oops, I didn't back up the XLive Folder, I backed up only the "Rockstar Games" Folder. Wel, I did download XLive Wrapper (Rick's XLive Wrapper for GTA IV 1.0.1.0) & Copied the "xlive.dll" to my install folder & Patched it. Aparently this makes GTA accept any Savegame. This worked for me, the game accepts my Savegame. XLive Wrapper: "http://www.gtagaming.com/downloads/gta-iv/tools/1882" After I did this, I downloaded the GTA IV Patch for 1.0.2.0 & 1.0.4.0, this fixed a bug (for me at least) for slow performance. In Windows 7 the game lags extremely without patch 1.0.2.0. Maybe this is the cause of my problem & this most probably means: I'll have to start all over again.
