Benjimino234 Posted August 25, 2009 Share Posted August 25, 2009 Hotdogs, nuts and soda do refill your health just like in REAL LIFE But still GTA IV is still a game, your car does repair itself when placed in the parking spot. If it didn't that's just pi**ing you off, like to refill your health you have to drive to the only chemist to buy pills. I like realism, but it's still a game. GTA IV is enough 'real' for me.
