Kookas Posted August 24, 2009 Share Posted August 24, 2009 I remember seeing a mod for realistic vigilante missions somewhere, in the form of a CLEO mod. It made it so you could arrest people, not just kill them, for example. There seems to be nowhere else to ask this, so I can only blame the management for this thread being in the wrong category.
