I saw this place on youtube-video and it's at the Red Light District in Alderney. This place is right next to the Alderney's gun shop. There's usually hookers around there and a guy standing on the stairs.

Doubtful. IV started on the east island, TLAd started on the west island (alderney), and most of the stuff we know about luis points to BOGT starting on the center island or bohan. Although he does have ties to the ancolotties* and Gracie who live in Alderney...I dunno. Somehow I don't see Luis living/working in alderney. The whole club scene and glitz/glamour just fits with algonquin and Luis' gang affiliations point to bohan.

If anything, with the clubs and the Ancelottis located within Liberty City, and I doubt that we'll see Luis hanging around in Alderney too much.

Anyway, most of this DLC will be located in Algonquin (North & South.) Northwood & wherever Gay Tony's clubs are located will probably be the center of attention.

we just played the lost & the damned over there-now we're gonna play gay tony over there too....and algonquin is just gonna sit there and be useless?

 

no. the clubs are going to be in algonquin. at least one of them will probably be in the meat quarter too.
