Does any body know how make one of these, every time i do one it looks all weird, do you need anything special like a tablet?

you just need to complete practicing. your work has potential, and you need to start designing your own maps now. i have a forum dedicated to mapmaking with a tutorial on how to draft, colour and complete maps included at this link:
