Zepe Posted August 23, 2009 Share Posted August 23, 2009 I installed an Audi S4 yesterday, and when i tried it out today, the game crashed after 2 minutes. When i downloaded it the filenames were presidente.wft and presidente.wtd, but the original presidente was calles pres. (In the vehicles.img) So i had to rename the files i downloaded to pres instead of presidente.. That may have been the reason that the game crashed.. I think.. If someone knows a way to fix this, please inform me.. and if there isn't a way to fix it, i would like to get a default vehicles.img file. Thanks. Right click "Grand Theft Auto IV" in your Games list, and click "Properties". Go to the "Local Files" tab, and click "Verify integrity of game cache...". This will verify all your GTA IV files, to make sure they're matching the ones on the steam servers. Files that has been changed, will be re-downloaded from the steam servers.
