What I do when I need to install custom firmware on a psp, is... I go to the psp-hacks irc channel http://www.psp-hacks.com/psp-irc.php. There you can ask around, tell them your current firmware, and what type of psp you have. They can give live answers to all problems that you have, and they provide links and step by step guides for you. It's very helpful. Then after that you can follow this guide, http://www.gtaforums.com/index.php?showtopic=266386 on how to install the cheatdevice on your psp. Don't worry that it says for 3.03 oe-c, it should work on any custom firmware version that you have. Hope that helps! =) Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Of course maybe they'll find some bug on later FWs, but right now 5.03 is latest you can hack. I heard they found some exploit in MOHH to hack 5.50/5.51/5.55.
