as the topic Descriptions says

 

my data folder from my GTA SA was gone and i didn't delete it because i know what happens when i delete it.

please anyone could help me?please..my cd's were not working anymore.

Well... Your CD isn't working and you don't got any backup. I think it's no legal way to fix it exept buying the game again...
