james227uk
There's already something like this in development. Can't remember which section, but it's a plane mod and at the moment it only works on cars ATM.

Like a spaceship if possible with particle effects at the rear.Which technik? Alice? netscripthook? Hmm, I will do my best I wrote this mod a few months ago in c++, but a few days ago I decided to continue with it, but now in C# (Net). BTW: I edited my first post and added a few screenshots. LMS
any progress? Some friends of mine are testing it at the moment and I'm currenty fixing the bugs they discovered. It's stable and works, but I have to fix some bugs before I can release a beta.
abcadgfawghaeheheahaeh
do this mean we don't need to mod the handling? EDIT: are you going to make it heavy and make it turn slow?
LMS
do this mean we don't need to mod the handling? Yes, that's right. EDIT: are you going to make it heavy and make it turn slow? I'm not sure about that, but I think the best way is to customize it via ini.
Acheron538
Any updates on this? I am about the idea of flying in GTA IV. After that, all that needs to be done is getting the Stunt plane model [or a spitfire or something] ported so we can dart between buildings. No new updates, I'll strikeout the things on the todo list when i've finished them, so you can see the progress. Well, if there is a stunt plane model already, I can add it easily, just write down the model name.

ZAZ
Well I think it's impossible with the lastest version but I'll have a look at this and maybe I add it soon. I could used the mouse move in my alice script Devilmod with a game native to read the joystick values It don't work on 1.0.0.4. I must change something because of the new alice version. I must learn from new with the new version. But it's a terrible job because gta4 needs so much time to load. For now is the flymod an execellent work for riding vehicles You can move very fast to any location or fly like psycho and have awesome crashes Do you wonna work further on the mod or plan another ? LMS
I must learn from new with the new version. But it's a terrible job because gta4 needs so much time to load. For now is the flymod an execellent work for riding vehicles You can move very fast to any location or fly like psycho and have awesome crashes Do you wonna work further on the mod or plan another ? Well I can read the mouse position and convert it into game easily, I did some gravity gun test a few weeks ago and it work's fine so I don't think that this will be the problem. Doesn't alice allow something like "reloadscripts"? If there are no big bugs and/or no wishes (except mousecontrol) I will not work on this. And about planning... well currently I pay the most attention to lcpd-mod but I've a few ideas for mods and I've a few alpha scripts too but I won't announce anything, because I'm not sure that they will be finished in the next 100 years
