Girish
Delete all files from the Settings folder. More info here. Try the -memrestrict command as suggested in this topic. Update your video drivers, as said by Street-RaceR. Also, defragging your hard drive would be a good idea. Did this happen all of a sudden? Was the game working fine before? Do you remember any changes that you might have made to the system? If nothing helps, try Xliveless and see if it makes any difference.

juscal
Could you maybe set the language to english and do the benchmark? It makes it difficult to help you when we don't speak your language and thus can't read the benchmark. Thanks. At the moment I can suggest upgrading drivers. Also I can suggest buying a new cooler and overclocking your CPU. I have the Q8200 which is exactly the same as the Q8300 except the Q8300 is 2.5Ghz, if I remember correctly, whereas the Q8200 is 2.33Ghz. I have my Q8200 at 3.22Ghz and it makes a world of difference. I have a Zalman 9700 and it keeps it fairly cool.

player282
Well, something definitely aint right there. I get 35 fps in benchmark using an oc'd amd 5200+ @ 3.0ghz and a 9800gtx+ gpu. Try the nvidia 181 drivers. They seem to help quite a bit as compared to all the other available drivers.
Dreddpool
Get a better CPU a Pentium III Xeon-Prozessor is below the min requirements of a CoreDuo CPU. If the Xeon part make it faster than normal P3 CPU's thats good (as i have no idea what a P3 xeon CPU is or what speed it is) and with the Q8300 makes it sound like a QuadCore and not a P3 CPU. best option is to get a better CPU as ya GPU is more than powerful enough,

He definitely doesn't need a better CPU to run the game at a higher fps. Ignore what the benchmark says. It does not recognize a few processors appropriately. CharmingCharlie
This is a long shot, but are you sure your ram is running in dual channel ? Download cpu-z from here. Install it and then run it, once the program is running click on the memory tab and see what it says in "Channels#" it should say Dual. If the box says Single then that will be your problem. juscal
Ignore what the benchmark says. It does not recognize a few processors appropriately. True that. My Q8200 shows as a Pentium III Xeon when I run the benchmark on Windows XP. Surprisingly though, in Vista it shows correctly.
