But there's a lot of things that could have been done in GTA IV that have probably been held back for the next GTA. Such as broken bones coming out of flesh and real physic based bone and sinew and muscle. Maybe we'll even see guts and what not. That's the only thing that was missing from GTA IV. Terribly unrealistic to see a body not splatter when bombed. In MP, head shots take half the time as compared to bodyshots when it comes to getting that kill.
