jeftis Posted August 21, 2009 Share Posted August 21, 2009 (edited) When I click to start GTA IV or Social Club I get a black box and an error message that says: Application has generated an exception that could not be handled no debugger found. process ID=0x64c (1612 thread ID =0xcc0 (3264) I have been having so many problems with this game . Girish Posted August 21, 2009 Share Posted August 21, 2009 Is this a purchased copy or a downloaded one? Are you using any no-dvd cracks? Have you tried reinstalling RGSC?
