In TLAD mission, "This S**t's Cursed", Johnny, Jim, Billy, and Brian attempt to sell the heroin back to the Triads. Billy and Brian offer to overlook the deal, which made Johnny suspicious of their potential actions. Then when the deal goes wrong and Johnny and Jim escape, they see Billy, with blood on his face, get busted by the cops.

 

Do you think Luis was involved somehow with Billy getting busted?

 

It was suspicious enough that Billy and Brian were going to overlook the deal, and that Billy had blood in his face.

It was mentioned by somebody that the news story concerning that mission spoke of a BAR ROOM shootout between Triads and Members of the Lost after which Billy was arrested. From that the conclusion was then drawn that Brian and Billy got into a fight with some Triads in a Nearby bar and thats how Billy got Roughed up... Then somebody called the cops and Billy got Arested. There's no in game evidence that thats what happened but it sounds plausible to me.

I don't think he was involved in any of it. I don't see what he would have to do with Triads or biker gangs
