So, I was playing some GTA 4, and I was just driving around in my green (forgot the name) car, taking in the sights. I drove into the mini peninsula in Hove Beach, (where Faustin's house is), and I park in the parking lot of that apartment type building there. So I get out and walk around, looking at the ocean. After a few minutes, I walk back to my car, but it's gone. I run out into the street, only to find its window smashed out and the front, sides, and back all smashed up. It was the exact same color/car. So, I'm thinking it's a really odd glitch, or some easter egg R* put into the game called, Mysterious Joyrider or something. Tell me, has this ever happened to you? You're more than likely right, perhaps the swing glitch is in place there sometimes, but not as great as it is with the firefly project swings. Lol, don't start that Ratman thing, before you know it, all those myth believers will be here saying, RATMANS REAL, HE (Grizzly) HAS PROOF. And I don't want to be known as the guy that made that myth blow out of proportion. Who knows, maybe a new myth will start, "The Crazy Joyrider," god forbid that. We come here today, to investigate the new GTA IV myth, The Mysterious Joyrider, who was last spotted here, at the old casino, driving my Super GT. Let's investigate his lair........ skiddmark Posted August 29, 2009 Share Posted August 29, 2009 R* moves my cars around all the time, especially from where I arrive during missions or dates if it doesn't completely disappear. Sometimes it's across the street or turned in another direction. Sometimes I come back to my car after looking around (for a weapon or something) and it's moved and damaged. Sometimes you see other vehicles piled up behind yours where you left it. I always thought, since R* moves the cars around, when it reappeares it could easily have been in the way of a moving vehicle. If the movng vehicle was a trash truck or some other large vehicle I guess the damage could be severe like Grizzly20 experienced. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
