Heihachi_73 Posted August 21, 2009 Share Posted August 21, 2009 AFAIK the lights are hard coded into the game, at least in GTA3, Vice City and San Andreas - program hacking would be needed for this and is more of a waste of time since everyone who tried your mod would also need a modded EXE file too (which you can't upload due to the rules). I wouldn't have a clue about GTA4 as I don't have it; it wouldn't even run on my old Celeron 2.8 anyway! Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
