I'm pretty sure it was a trailer for GTA III, and it surely wasn't Darkel because he's a short old man. Anyone remember this? Is there a link on youtube or something? Novy was shorter than Claude.But Novy wears clothes similar to prison clothes but it's blue and without the words but he was removed for unknown reasons.
