xTRLx Posted August 19, 2009 Share Posted August 19, 2009 Okay the other day I had the police after me in Broker. I had 4 stars and I was on foot, running for my life. I had like 6 cops chasing me in a car, shooting out their window and trying to run me down. I hopped over this fence and ran onto a road. I then got onto the subway tracks and then after running down them for a little, I jumped onto this roof. After jumping across rooftops for about 20 seconds, I then jump back down into the street, almost out of the radius, I take my last few steps before I'm out. I see a helicopter head straight in my direction. Now this is my favourite part. I run down another alleyway and hide behind this bin. The helicopter flies straight past me in silence without even knowing where the hell I am. I walk away slowly in a silent victory. Felt so good. You got any stories or ways to escape the police? johnwelshmorris5 Posted August 19, 2009 Share Posted August 19, 2009 Good story bro,sounds crazy. i had a time when i was in bohan and on a everyday rampage must of killed about a 1000 police from the top of a building untill the chopper came after me,only thing i could think of was running to the subway..so that was a mission of it`s own getting there i stole about 3 cars on the way untill i finaly reach north bohan(not far but with 5 stars it is) then went down the subway and walked for about 4 miles untill i was out of the red area. subway is the best place to escape the po po Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Sounds awesome I remember one time I had the police shooting me from the top of Playboy X's roof, I actually pressed the jump button too late, and I fell down the side inbetween both buildings. Instead of dieing, Niko landed diagonally and he got straight back up. Then I stole a car and got the hell out of there. In my first story though, It felt such like a movie, the way Niko just crouched there looking up at the helicopter as you see a swat member sit at the edge looking out for people. So I camped at the ladder and hit any cop that tried to climb up with a baseball bat. Eventually I killed so many cops a chopper came after me. I pulled out my RPG, shot the the thing, and then it fell on the building. I dodged it but got shot by police from the ground (I was close to the edge). In fact so close, I fell off. The police had just shot my car to hell and it was on fire, so I ditched it into a parking lot where an epic explosion launches me about 20 feet. Then I jump a fence and start running unknowing of a patrol car coming and a ramp behind me.........The patrol car launches off the ramp, the front bumper nailing the back of Niko's head making him go into a grinding faceplant. Another more recent one was when I was doing a shoot-out in my Alderny safehouse withthe police. mI fought my way outside and called fro Dwayne's back-up. The back-up arriveds anf the shoot-out gets intense. Police filling the street, 3 guys in the middle of everything, peds up on the bridge shooting at me and the cops, peds with guns scattered across the stairway. Once the policemen were out of the way I proceeded to take care of the peds Once at the top of the bridge and capping the last ped in the head with a 9mm a cop somehow sneak beind me and kills m e with a shotty. Anothjer time I was running away from one of my cars that were about to explode because of a SWAT truck. I run into the subways to escape (( Somewhere in Algonquin (( spelling? )))) I take care of the cops down there and start running down the tracks. Feral Slug Posted August 19, 2009 Share Posted August 19, 2009 i do that all the time. one time in mp, my friend and i decided to have a contest. there's this box in northern algonquin up on a ladder. so we were up there sniping people until we got wanted. we were going to see who could survive the longest with just our knives and pistols. somehow, i ended up on chopper duty. obviously i died. when i came back up, i decided to just pretend to be shooting. i had no wanted level, but my friend didn't know that. so i was just chilling. then he died. so i was getting down the ladder. i slid, hit a cop just a few feet from the top, that got me wanted, so i was wildly shooting my pistol while falling. there were nearly 20 NOOSE at the bottom, so i died before i even hit the ground. another time, i got good ol' packie to bring me a car bomb. i put it in a car at the prison. i stole a truck, and the cops fell into my trap. two guys got into the bait car. we were driving across a bridge into algonquin when the bait car crashed and all the others piled up onto it. so i gave packie a call and... I steal a car with no one around, and 2 S.W.A.T Trucks and an F.B.I car drive past me without even knowing that it's me. I'm just about to escape when the retarded heli driver realizes it's me and the radius goes to where I am, and i've had the 6 stars for atleast an hour, I was so mad. Get a 4 or higher wanted level on Alderney, enter the abandomned Sprunk factory by the underground tunnel / sewer, and let the show begin. Go shotting all your way to the topic until you get to the roof. When an Enforcer appears, clear all the street from the cops, climb down the emergency stair and go for it. Head north like crazy ramming any vehicle that appears on your way until you get to the north access of Plumbers Skyway. Head south until you find one of the stunt jumps (where the security grids are broken and there's a sand ramp) and jump thru it - you're gonna see your Enforcer flying in bullet-time, while the other cops car fall from that ramp and explode on impact when they hit the floor. 2. Start a shootout on foot on Star Junction and keep until things get 3 wanted level (nothing higher or the subway trains will disappear). Enter the Easton subway station thru the Burlesque entrance. Go until you reach the platforms. Shot some cops on the leg when they reach the stairs. Head north thru the subway tunnel and let the cops follow you until you reach the track switches. Keep the crazy shootout with trains running close to you (and eventually ramming any distracted cop ) until you clean the area. Go north until you evade the search are. Among the many ways I try and keep Niko out of their clutches is by getting into a new vehicle, out of sight of any pursuit vehicles and ground cops, and then getting in amongst the traffic, particularly if you do it around Star Junction in Algonquin. It cracks me up when you are sitting in the car at the lights, with vehicles either side, and the cops drive by at speed or ground cops or NOOSE are striding around looking for you. When they do spot you it is "there he is!" and off you go again. It takes them a wee while, but you just have the satisfaction of watching them going ape sh*t trying to find Niko. Vecceti Posted August 20, 2009 Share Posted August 20, 2009 I had 3 stars (which isn't too bad)and was on a highway on a bike, but still over land, and I mistaked a railing for a ramp so I went straight for it, but then by the time I realised it was a rail, it was too late, so I went flying (It was a glitch because it was WAAAY too far) and miraculously I survived with no damage done and I was way out of the police zone. There were police cars in the distance hauling ass in my direction. Got the achievement a second before they would have seen me. Probably my best moment evar. Then I fill up my AK 47 bullets, get some armor and let the show begin. We go to the Cluckin Bell in Star Junction and kill everyone inside. As police cars pull up I kill them and we flee the place and go uptown to the museum. By now we have lost the cops but still have 4 stars so I get outside and kill as many people as possible and set off the car bomb in my car. As the police arrive we jack a car and go to the last place. The Star Cafe. We go inside and kill everyone. As we exited I had 5 stars and N.O.O.S.E entered. We had to shoot 10 armored agents and 2 F.B.I agents. Then I left them to die and ran away to the back alley. As the cops killed them I drove to Harlem and got away. We were partying, when the cops decide to ruin our fun. I start flying through the city, avoiding everything, when I flew off of a ledge into the water, which I honestly didn't see coming. We all split up, me and a friend went towards the third island as the other two split. One died from a very accurate sniper on a helicopter. Me and guy1 got to the other island and took a helicopter parked on a helipad nearby as guy2 hid under a small bridge. We screamed a lot. Best part was the full second we flew through the air. Then shoot the cops that come. The heli's a problem though....or is it? Snipe the pilot. If done correctly, it will land half submerged in water, rotors still spinning. Shoot the two cops, then, as long as the heli is still active (though it is harmless) no more choppers should come. I got to 5 stars, no choppers, but then I made a run for it. I did exactly the same, though I have to say, I wasn't aware at first that no more choppers would arrive as long as one is active, I just thought I was lucky. I was safe enough to lay low while I ate a sandwich and watched the chaos across the lake, though a few stray bullets whistled through the trees and clipped Niko. I would've died shortly after.
