Basically its like a gaming convention like E3, but not as popular (or so I assume anyway).

It's actually called Gamescom not Gamescon and Rockstar are gonna be there exibiting stuff but it doesn't indicate what or when. The Exibition ends on Saturday the 22nd so it has to be sometime in the next 3 to 4 days. So in other words we should have our trailer some time before the end of the week.

odds are, it wont be released there. Rockstar has never been big on releasing trailers at conventions. They announce games there but not really trailers.

We are supposed to get our first info. it seems like in September (first review is going to be then, I'm sure it's the 7th), so it's hard to tell if the trailer will be released tomorrow.

Honestly, there dragging the GTAIV game on for way to long. GTAIV was great! but enough is enough, this episodic content idea is great but i bet the community would enjoy new cities more.

I bet Microsoft will show the trailer during their press conference at GamesCom. How much longer could we have to wait for something that was supposed to come "very soon" going on two weeks ago now? The Microsoft press conference is less than 5 hours away (4:00 AM EDT), so we could potentially see the trailer very soon.

In fairness though they dont have much else to show so why would they be there if not to show a trailer for TBOGT??

Maybe Microsoft made deals to show off the content during there conference. which would be cool.

 

If not I'd say friday. The 1st review is coming out in like 2 weeks and I would think that they'd want the trailer to come 1st.
