Well, I'm not sure if this suits you as the 'new' model since it's the default gta fire truck, but this one is re-skinnable both body and hubcaps since Lt.Caine made it's skin layer. So atleast, if you are bored with the same old skin, you can change it to whatever you like to.

Yea Rob, the question was about why he hadnt released that Oracle that has the same skin type as the Rover, not "why wasnt this Rover released"

Loox pretty cool, I like the flyUS one. I am waiting tho for an update to ambulance, I think he said he is goin to do a new one/new template that hopefully make it easier to make str8er lines etc .. I couldnt get lines to line up for naught

I have to agree that eventhough you obey the template, it shows odd in some areas...but atleast, it's able to make it low as possible via testings with your own eyes. I mostly make the correct showing skins by 5 to 6 testings now

During Gravelli's mission (the one you have to carry Mr.Jefferson to the city hall), I guess you had to ride the Oracle. Otherwise, check it with ingame trainers or something similar.

It's quite rare to see this car on the streets.

Cheers I haven't done the missions on the PC version, I use a downloaded save as I had done all the missions on the console version instead so it didnt appeal to me to go through the game again.

 

I will however look for the car.

 

So once found how do I turn it into a police car with lights etc.....also how would I make it ELS enabled?

Its in the 2nd mission you do for Brucie, "Easy as can be" where you steal the car, member you park on the street, go into the alley, get in and goes to the CG where the baddies show up..

 

As for making it a pol car, ELS etc, thats stuff you do in 3D modeling program like zmod, you could learn how to do that by tutorials, asking modelers for help etc.

This is similar to what I've been working on, but I do have some input on the wheels.

 

The wheels on the ambulance should be 8-lug, and it looks like the back wheels on all of them either need normals re-calculated, or have multiple surfaces in the same place.

The latest news I've got from him was indicating that he had a handful of things to do...both on modding and his personal life

and not been able to make lots of progess like he used to. I don't think he'll be updating those year old police cars anymore,

unless he earns some time for it. Yes, currently, there are some being done, but Esperanto...I think the chance is quite low.

Seems like you've got some new POWERFUL antennas don't you? I suppose these will pick up all of the police radio waves through out the country

On the serious side, not a good glitch at all. The modeling seems f-ed up alright.
