I take it you need the ELS mod or whatever it is, (I don't know what it is as I don't have GTA IV installed until 2 weeks when I get my new PC)

Thats brilliant, and I love the fact you don't need that Mod!

 

Are the lights that reflect off the walls and other stuff brighter than the original LCPD Lights?

 

Could you make some with just Blue lights please?

Meh, here's a sneak peak at my newest project.

Actual light coronas on an ELS vehicle. I only have 8 here but really, I could have 20+ if I so desired.

other than my one minuscule opinion, I still like it! Will it need a special car? will it include the option to change the main color?

hey what program you have for fix traffic after car mods? i want new police cars (only Police cars) but i dont know what is best for traffic fix

I can answer this for you. He has said on another website that the lights are defined in the script and not in Zmodeler, so no, not really.

can anybody help me. I have this mod fully installed and working however i need an xlive.dll which will allow me to run any save game. Rick's version of xlive.dll works with any save game however i canno't see my ingame menu's. With the one provided i am able to see my menu's but i canno't run other peoples saved game.

Will the illumination mod work on ELS cars, or will it only work on regular police cars? Or the other way around?

I beleive I read somewhere that the Illumination Mod will only work with 1 car, the script will only work with 1 car.

yeah I read that too....the CVPI's....but he plans to expand it to other models of the CVPI's as well..lkeast thats what i'm hoping anyway since i have a whole fleet of em on my 2 computers

Stop the car and pull the driver out. If there is a cop nearby he will arrest him otherwise you can arrest by using ALT +H.
