Agreed, They could be anybody you see, Because they are good at these things, When they are out in Public, They want to keep a low profile of themselves by dressing up like a everyday ped. They have about the same firepower as the Mafia, but with more members. The Mafia are richer and more organised but when it comes to a straight fire fight, the street gangs would have superior firepower.

Because in Mafia everyone knows his job. There are soldiers, accountant, negotiator...Dons, Mafia leaders, know why they hired a person. For example, I'm hired to protect a store, so I will protect a store. On the other hand, street gangstas just walk down the street with guns (and some don't even have weapons, they just wear the gang colors just to be seen), deal drugs and kill enemy gangsters.

 

 

Oh, and take my answer back, I really think Mafia is better than street thugs now, although my earlier vote went to street gangsters.
