cause I had a close look on the Video and on the exterior there are ugly black shadings on somebits where it shouldnt be.

cant be shadows cause on that part there are lights

yeah its kindah hard to make a texture out of it cause its in a angle view.

I checked 3 times the mesh today and well there is only 1 polygon...not erased vertex not anything...thats the result of a bad point of camera xD

if you see it from a lower point of view it will be perfectly illuminated

 

so i dont think is a mistake

Yep.When you open it on ms paint. Its a big texture.perfect and created by me.

I'm willing to bet that if I open it in MS paint, it will look exactly like it does right there - It is highly detailed for the amount of pixels, but it is not a proper size for 3D, it is not going to look good on models unless they are LOD, and there is a whole lot that doesn't need to be there (example: you only need one floor, not all of them, for most of it, and to repeat those)

the dimensions for the texture is 513x3512

Either way, this is a much more intelligent way to setup that texture:

 

(your image opened in gimp)

 

That's all you need to texture the entire LOD, and a larger one, with more detail, exactly like that one, is all you need for the close range model (although I greatly suggest against texturing the whole close range model with one texture, ground level needs a texture set, not just a skin [because if you do something baked-esque like this one, it will need to be HUGE to get any good look]).
