i have decided to implement the Night Light system(that windows from buildings get illuminated at night) but i dont know how to make that system...GTA IV is not the only game to have it

GTA SA already use it in SF and all over de GTA SA stock map

couse you remember when i sent you some .dff files?how the hell you prelightned them with textures actived when i never sent you the textures?

Drop me a PM and say me how couse some buildings i need to prelight i didnt saved the last scale change i did to them and i cant take a .dff file from them couse scale would be incorrect
