Not all fonts are free. Depending on the license and copywright from the author it's illegal to make it free without permission. There are ways you can probably get commercial fonts free, I'm sure Google would help you with that.

Some commercial fonts have lookalikes that you can download as a free alternative. They look near identical only with some minor differences.

 

Europa Gro Nr1 SH-Lig looks similar to Helvetica, another commercial font. Helvetica has clones though so you might want to start from there.

Took me a while but I find it, there's a slight difference in the E and the G, I'm guessing Rockstar modified it a bit, the rest is just the same.

The social club logo is made with the Pen tool in Photoshop, no particular logo. I can't think of one right now they might've based it from, though.

No much need, I managed to find it. It's actually called Neutraface and it's a commercial font, however you can still find free versions on google.

A quick bit of Photoshop has led me to think that the font is actually a slightly customized version of the Gotham series of fonts, most notably Gotham Black with character spacing set to a negative number.
