I remember Jude making a new secret account because he got sick of everyone.

 

So I got a message on PS3 asking me to rejoin the event. Whats the deal am I still banned or not.

I don't know about Jude and secret accounts, but if you were banned there was some reason for it.

@Grove: Sorry about that I just messaged everyone that came up on the ID list which seem to be everyone who ever was on my friend list. While it allowed me to get people who took me off there friends list because the event was over, it is stupid that it does that.

 

@Everyone: If we want to play this weekend we need to agree on a time. (@Nick I really would like your input on this.) I may go ahead and host a game tomorrow at 7PM BST (6PM GMT) if there is no agreement on what time to start.

 

As for superJude I got a friend request from his new account but I didn't add it since it had no message with it and thought it was someone pretending to be him.

I'd be up for this on the PS3 side, I'm online fairly regularly, but unfortunately don't think so this Sunday. I mentioned before I'd love to give it ago from the ground troop side, no expert on Disallow but still sounds like great fun and practice. @Grove: You did f*ck that one game up, but that was quite a while ago. I don't think anybody is angry anymore, and I don't mind if you join us. However, that's Owl's decision. It was my fault that I had everybody come to the more difficult crane as I thought it was the other one (grinder ), but remember to be a good sport.

 

Anyways, I'll make sure I get up earlier tomorrow so I can get in this A/G War. Everybody better remember this is on GTA IV, not TBOGT.

 

EDIT: Since some people are probably too stubborn to read the rules on the first page (not saying anybody is), I have quoted the rules.

 

 

Rules for all players:

-The first 5 minutes is the arming period:

The arming period is used to grab armor and weapons unless you're a pilot then you grab armor and choppers.

- You may not engage until after the arming period is over.

 

Rules for Ground Troops:

- No camping at the helicopter spawns.

- Pilots that have crashed their helicopter, but survived, may be killed ONCE.

- When a Pilot has died, you may not attack him until he's in the air again.

 

 

Rules for pilots:

- You may not use your blades to kill. However, after being caught on fire you may perform a kamikaze attack.

- While on the ground, you may not attack Ground Troops unless it's to defend yourself.

-No collecting health packs.

-Don't not engage respawned ground troops gathering ammo and armor unless he is refilling his old ammo.

 

We may possibly have a large game, and one careless mistake may be able to ruin the event for everybody.

I don't think there will be another one as not many showed up for the last event (despite having thirteen or more people on the list). I think Owl gives up with this event now as nobody actually shows up.

 

Anyways, I guess I should of been a pilot in the last game as it seemed like I was the only one who could circle strafe (despite not being great at hitting targets with the Annihilator's guns in GTA IV).

Revival has been tried several times before with failure. You can try, but most people have resigned or just stopped coming here.

Team Deathmatches require at least 3 players right? I don't mind small matches; I'll fight in an Air-Ground War any day online in GTA 4. I'll add you and RobsEpicFret if you are up for any A-G wars anyway.
