Well what fun that was. Chris you need to get a ban list (do we have one lol?) because if that was our elite match i might not even bother coming to the trial.

 

CJ, SWED and others were killing on ground, and blading, the pilots were ALL shoddy this week, i ALMOST felt sorry for them.

Well that started out fun...had some new ppl (a cpl potential Pilots) and thought it might resemble a Trial Match...no problem there.

 

What I DIDN'T count on was one of our regulars coming in w/his gaggle of boys with the express purpose of disrupting the match.

 

If you wanted to film from the ground, you should have joined the GTs.

 

Naa...your just full of sh*t. You were either firing on GTs or marking them/me for your buds in the air. So yea...Boom! Your dead! Every time. Duh

 

Anyway, I won't be hosting anymore matches until probably second week in January 2010. I am either going to come up with some new policies, new match types, a cpl promotions (and demotions), a ban list (ty, Tony )and update the OP...or...I will see if anyone else wants to take this over.

 

This Event deserves an organizer that gives it more attention than I may be willing to put into it. idk

 

I'll post more next week. I have a race to get to.

I always miss the most interesting games. Being a useless, unreliable twat, I woke up an hour late from my Saturday siesta. I set my Ipod alarm for 7.30 so I´d have time to wake up and warm up, but the wife took the Ipod and went out to meet some friends leaving me to wake up an hour late. Sorry for not turning up, but I blame her.

 

Chris, with an up-to-date participant list, any of us could open an Allpilotsmustdie type account and relieve you of the obligation to always be there on match days, which must be a real pain. Three or four accounts like that and your responsibility would be very reduced. I’ll open one myself if you agree and direct me to an up-to-date list of PSNs. On the 23rd, I’m flying over to New Jersey for Christmas and won’t be back until the 8th, so your break works fine with me.

 

I don’t get why pumpkin pie is supposed to be nice, or the attraction of illuminated, plastic reindeer, but the rest of it is great, particularly the apple juice and Freehold Mall.

We had 1 good round on the 360 side. But I'm getting a bit fed up with how fast most people kick other players. Today we had a new player. It is the TRIAL MATCH, meaning things aren't as serious, rule breaking is not as big of a deal, ESPECIALLY if it concerns someone that is new to the event. Yes, this player broke one rule, but as I was explaining this rule, almost the complete ground team voted to kick! Way to welcome somebody into our event, which is already in danger of not having enough participants! Just imagine, you're new to the event, you don't know anyone, things are going bad for you (you crash or die a lot) and on top of that, the room of strangers kicks you out of the game.

 

And also, way to be hypocrites. I'm pretty sure at least one of the kickers criticized me a few months back for saying something about people messing about so bad, that it wasn't even an A/G war anymore. I was "throwing my toys out of my pram". Then what would you call you lot kicking a NEW participant for breaking a rule he/she didn't even know about. I repeat, this was the TRIAL MATCH. The outcome of the game is not to be taken serious ffs!

I'm still waiting to get high speed internet around Christmas (hopefully I get it or I'll be pissed). It sucks that A/G War is dieing a bit when I'm probably close to be to get on PSN at my own home.

 

Then again, who else can't wait for a possible Air/Ground War IV (for the next GTA)?

Yes, I forgot to explain the rules beforehand, I'm very sorry but it's not often we have a new pilot and they're there on the front page. You were flipping out over 1 illegitimate kill, while:

You were kicking while I was doing something you could have been doing, namely calling that player to explain the rule that was broken.

 

Calling & explaining = constructive

Shooting back & kicking = destructive

You are exactly right, and I am excited about the possibilities on the next GTA for an air ground war as long as the ground team has better guns.

 

Mainly m134 dillon miniguns, if arnie can carry one so can the next gta protagonist.

Booze, without a doubt, one of the most epic ways to kill an unwanted passenger, ever! Hahahaha. I did a similar thing to someone in a FM yesterday, it's great fun as they just have no idea what hit them!

 

Still Zelos, the reason I added the final kick yesterday was because you were shooting at my heli while I was waiting for the health pack to respawn. I tried talking clearly incase you were listening through your speakers. But you didn't seem to respond I would've left but I really needed the Healthpack as LeRay got a brilliant Headshot on me with the sniper and on my retreat I nearly took out my blades. But anyway, the construction site was actually pretty good!

That was the beginning of the game. I hadn't killed a single person by that time. Just because im standing near you, you must kill me? That makes a load of sense now I'm just saying, why kill someone if they clearly have no intention of killing you (I was getting clips from both sides). As for the marking thing, really doesn't do much. Even when your crouching your blip is given away for about a second. They can find you either way, I wasn't trying to help.

In one of arsonist's vids he was on the pilot team but with the GTs. But that didnt give CJ and SWED the right to greif the event Chris has been working so hard on.

 

But CJ was right that chris started firing at him 1st, I know Chris said he didnt but give the man a break CJ alot of suff has been going on in his life right now, he was probably a little drunk, and his age is probably getting to him.
