FINALLY!!!!!!

Got FFXA to work using lpf312 dp3 effect.txt (FFXA V3) It's the only one that's using sharpening effect (for me) Not to mention it's easy to adjust values plus i can increase quality in game to take pics.

I tested this FXAA stuff now carefully and compared it with SSAA.

For weak/medium machines it makes sense to switch to FXAA, the quality lost compared to low quality SSAA is quiete small.

If you can run high quality SSAA with resolutions above 3000*2000 or somethin like that it makes no sense.

 

Look at this animated picture with before/after pic. It compares low quality SSAA with FXAA.

Looks pretty good, the FXAA, but still has a few rough edges. But looks very sharp and a lot smoother than the default game!

Hey there guys great posts and awesome development over the last week, congrats to all the coders.

I have a small question regarding the new dof code. I'm using dp3's settings and can't get it to work with the new dof code. When I do what lpf said some pages ago, ENB won't work at all. It's like vanilla again, when I put back the enbeffect.fx from dp3's package everything works again. Any solution?

 

BTW: Iceglace your settings look awesome. Hopefully you'll release them because I love the sunglare effect you have with the vertical lines

Don't you guys think that some kind of website with different settings and effects for download could be very useful? Because now there's total mess, a lot of different settings and effects here and there and many people don't know where to find the thing they're looking for..

I haven't been there for some time and I'm a bit misguided here too.

Десятки тысяч человек ждут этот эффект. Он закрыт для распространинеия. Он ещё сырой и недоделанный. Его автор нехочет чтобы он ходил по рукам, а ты так без ЛС, прям тут просишь его, ожидая что я тебе его дам?? Ну не пиздец ли, а?

Can somebody post a ENB file with all effects off EXCEPT FFXA (not regular AA because I cannot run the game at 2x my resolution of 1680x1050).

 

I honest to god just want something like 2 or 4x AA and nothing else. I have no idea what 90% of the options in ENB are so i cant do it myself or I might mess everything up.

Copy and paste that into your ENBEffect.fx

 

Start GTA IV + ENB Series. Disable all stuff in the ini. Should work out pretty well, but if you want Dpeasant3 his settings with FXAA v3, just say it, I have a working enbeffect.fx somehow.
