Hello,

 

Sorry for my bad english. and sorry i'm a noob to configure ENB Series.

I use Dpeasant3's settings, he's great, my game works on 1.0.0.4 but I've three problems :

 

The first : The game is too bright for my taste.

 

The second : The image of my game is flattened. I've a 24" wide (1920x1080).

 

The third : It's impossible for me to change the carcols, the handling and vehicle.ide, they are modified in notepad, but remained unchanged in the game.

 

 

Can someone help me solve these problems please?

1st.. did you mix the settings? b'coz i see clouds..

anyways try playing with these until your satisfied

open enbseries.ini

[ENVIRONMENT]

DirectLightingIntensity=

NightLightingIntensity=

DirectLightingCurve=

ColorPow=

others also affects.. but those what affects most.. IMO

 

2nd.. open enbseries.ini then find and edit these lines

[ENGINE]

DisplayWidth=1920

DisplayHeight=1080

 

3rd.. maybe its in read only mode..

do this if so.. rightclick "the carcols for example" unmarked the read only box then ok, you can edit it now don't forget to save.

otherwise maybe your doing something wrong thats why its not changing in game.

guys i buyed yesterday a Nvidia GeForce GTX 580 from palit with 1,5gb... and when i play gta 4  my pc restarts... after i played some minutes... can anyone help me?

What is your PSU voltage in watts?

hab gehört das enermax ganz gut sein soll ich glaub ich kauf mir davon eins und hau mal nen paar € aufn kopp die dann auch was bringen... anstatt die scheisse da

 

mein gta 4 stürzt ab wenn die graka ziemlich auf hohe leistung geht... ich hab auch nur 20-30 frames ingame das wundert mich schon weil als ich die graka eingebaut hatte hatte ich 50-60 das netzteil gibt einfach zu wenig saft ab für die graka weils SCHROTT is

Palit Nvidia GeForce GTX 580 1536mb GDDR5 Ram

(maybe soon a gts 250 for PhysX)

8gb ddr3 ram

alle spiele laufen auch einwandfrei nur bei gta 4 was etwas mehr leistung braucht macht der pc nen neustart...

vor kurzem hab ich Empire Total War auf highest settings ohne probleme gespielt... nichts passiert danach gta 4 alles nur auf High nicht very high und 10 sichtweite 30detail und AA auf 1

5min gespielt BUPP pc neustart... tzzzz

 

ps: wegen den 30 frames liegt ja auch am netzteil oder? weil ich vorher als sie neu im pc war ja 50-60 hatte =)

Guys, how can I bring more contrast on the chrome parts of the cars and to make them more reflective? On my chrome parts of my cars are the dark areas a little too bright compared to the bright areas. It doesn't really look like chrome.

I received a some PM's asking for the settings to my patch 7 version of GTA so I thought I'd make them available for DL, they are a bunch of mixed files that I have tweaked. I am pretty sure they will work with 1.0.4.0 too! if you try it please let me know how it looks since I wasn't able to test on patch 4.

One important thing is the Nvidia monitor color tweaks, adjust according to how dark or bright your display is.

 

If there is too much noise or too sharp for your taste change these values in the effect.txt or just use your previous effect.txt:

float SharpeningAmount=2.9;

float ScanLineAmount=3.0;

Can someone give me a link to DKT70's road texture 5. I use Dpeasant3 settings but it with default road, looks kinda bright and hard on eyes after a while. The gtxd won't do since I need to replace all of the textures.

These Palms are by LA Mod, i customized it, there only the "good" looking palms and some original trees.

Anybody running the game at 1280*1024 with AA, SSAO, SL enabled and ingame settings on medium or higher? If so, what are your system specs? Would my system with a graphics card upgrade be able to run it at settings par to that?

 

My computer:

Core 2 Quad @ 2.5GHz (No OC possible)

4GB DDR2 RAM @ 333MHz

HD4830 512MB (Weakest part)

 

Part being upgraded: graphics card. GTX460 1GB?

I run my game mostly with Downsampling 2x, i have only 10 FPS lost. I have 20 FPS with Downsampling but i dont know if its my ENB.
