guys i buyed yesterday a Nvidia GeForce GTX 580 from palit with 1,5gb... and when i play gta 4  my pc restarts... after i played some minutes... can anyone help me?

What is your PSU voltage in watts?

...and also did you reinstalled the driver or some actual, newer one?!?

hab gehört das enermax ganz gut sein soll ich glaub ich kauf mir davon eins und hau mal nen paar € aufn kopp die dann auch was bringen... anstatt die scheisse da

 

mein gta 4 stürzt ab wenn die graka ziemlich auf hohe leistung geht... ich hab auch nur 20-30 frames ingame das wundert mich schon weil als ich die graka eingebaut hatte hatte ich 50-60 das netzteil gibt einfach zu wenig saft ab für die graka weils SCHROTT is

 

 

Pc specs:

 

Intel Core i7 860 2,8ghz

Palit Nvidia GeForce GTX 580 1536mb GDDR5 Ram

(maybe soon a gts 250 for PhysX)

8gb ddr3 ram

asus p7h57d-v evo mainboard

 

alle spiele laufen auch einwandfrei nur bei gta 4 was etwas mehr leistung braucht macht der pc nen neustart...

vor kurzem hab ich Empire Total War auf highest settings ohne probleme gespielt... nichts passiert danach gta 4 alles nur auf High nicht very high und 10 sichtweite 30detail und AA auf 1

5min gespielt BUPP pc neustart... tzzzz

 

ps: wegen den 30 frames liegt ja auch am netzteil oder? weil ich vorher als sie neu im pc war ja 50-60 hatte =)

Check 5 or 7 previous ages, i posted a link on those trees, hovewer enb 0082 is required to have the same trees, as 0082 has tree colours controller. Anyway, ill include the trees too.

Stolen_X, загружается. Но там качество говеное все цвета сбило. А 30 секунд - это потому что на вертолетах в ГТА делать нечего. Полетал и хорош.

 

DKT70, I have somewhat similar colours during the morning, while i made image purplish on purpose during the evening(its direct color what is purple, actually). Just for the sake of different atmosphere in various times of the day.

If that is your PSU, then it's not voltage problem, 600W is the minimum for that GPU (244W for the card only). I've had problems with restarting and because of two things 1st - PSU and 2nd - damaged parts. One time My PSU literally exploded after a little while, and the other time it turned out that my RAM was damaged and that's why PC was restarting itself.

Overclock that Athlon to 3ghz + add 2gb ram + get rid of XP, Win7 rocks If you use xp i hope you have installed Dual core optimizer ?

RAM is cheap, very cheap(considering Russia havin higher prices than Germany or any other country in europe except some Albania or Ukraine). Also, id suggest to change your athlon to athlon 2 x3 or x4 - cheap and nice. Though I suppose youll have to change your motherboard.

Still, RAM wont give additional FPS, itll only help in case of swaps and slow loading times.

Я всё же думаю, что дело в енбеффекте. Посмотри как стёкла будут отображаться с стандартным енбеффектом от Бориса.

Попробуй ещё немного поработать над тучами, скажем вместо ярких красновато-рыжих оттенков и цвета сделай коричниевые с зеленцой, это должно добавить им некой зловещности, пр этом уберёт ощущение сталкеровского выброса.
