Any patch that enb 0.81 works on. Recommended on patch 1.0.4.0 b/c its the best patch for enb:)

Could you post a screenshot of your mod without clouds ?

You said in your PM that you did not have clouds yet I see clouds in your earlier screenshots ?

If you are not getting clouds with the settings I sent you then there are other factors at work here, probably some of the more advanced cloud setings.

And I think you mean saturation levels, all which will be user controllable, so anyone can change how colourful or not they want them.

no, definitely not saturation, for example look at dpeasant's screenshots, they're 'cleaner' than yours....

 

or you can try using google to get references on real photos... in fact it would be better if you're making your gfx setting directly in comparison with real photos so for example you can look at real photos of times square and then adjust your setting to recreate it in game, and for a better way of advertising, post the real photo and your comparison screenshot side by side here
