the textures of the buildings in the screenshots look so much better than in my game. simply can't believe that textures are default.

for example the bridge on your screenshot (the stone of the pier looks so realistic)

or is that just cuz i'm using 1.0.7.0.? (why is the patch relevant?)

Patch 4 or 5 is needed, cause they have different shaders, enb is using shaders from patch 3,4 and 5. They have the needed, hm, structure. In atch 6 and 7(which youre using) reflections, skylighting and some other effects arent working, or not working properly. So, the only option is to use P1ch3 settings for EFLC(should work on patch 7 too), or downgrade. If you cant downgrade and you OWN a license, i think it wont be against the law to download "back-up" from some torrents.

PS The textures may look different due to the different lighting system of enb and some colour filters. Hell, you can even make them yellow or red right in the process of gaming.

So uh, I tried doing the timecycmodifier thing. I still get the night bug, even after I equalized every single setting. It's not there when it's completely removed, but should it be the same with every setting equalized to be the same?

Yeah, it still occures. Looks like enb is too sensitive to those modifiers, i mean you cant notice any difference when playing with enb turned off. in those regions, where this bug occures. More than that, setting EVERY value to 0 or -1 screws shadows in some areas, they just disappear and city looks plain, completely plane.

playing with version 1.0.4.0, so that enb works. had to use an older version of scripthook.dll cuz newer one caused the game to crash on loading screen.

but now (with older scripthook) ingame trainer (simple native trainer 1.9.0) doesn't work anymore. if i press f1, nothing happens

what can i do? any solutions?

I need a bit of help!

 

When I start the game up, it loads very fast (20-30 sec) which seems unusual. However when the game loads, it will completely freeze after about 10-15 seconds, and I have to shut it down- then afterwards I get a message saying GTA IV has stopped working...

 

Any advice?

@kid08: use older version of scripthook.dll

@Jakkq: problem fixed? if not -> are u using any downloaded settings (like scrush) with patch 7? if so, leave away the shaders folder (GTA IV/common/shaders). if ur using downloaded settings with patch 4 u have to use older version of scripthook.dll

 

at least that were the solutions when i had those problems

 

now somebody please help me get my trainer to work (problem described on previous page)

 

@Dpeasant3: if i use ur old settings (in your sign) the max resolution of my monitor gets doubled, no matter what resolution i put in the enb.ini, its alwys displaying a resolution of 3840x2160 so i can only see a quarter of the menu. i know aa is causing these troubles. but how can i play with aa and a res of 1920x1080? what do i have to change or which files do i have to remove? altering the enb.ini doesn't work for me.
