Scrush settings modified by me (skylighting enabled and many other changes), along with modified effect.txt and enbeffect.fx.

Also using 12-4 L3EVO timecycle. No AA, 1080, medium textures, roadmod, realityiv, very high reflections, high shadows, 22 draw/detail distance. I only have a 512mb 8800GT,lol but I get around 28fps.
