Hey i had a huge fps drop with shadows and stuff but i think it was a bug becuse i just screwd my game to much and i hope iff i reinstall it and apply patch 104 it will work fine

What are you'r specs Dpeseant ? i got alienware aurora area 51 you think i could lag or normaly lose fps with that?

Does the ENB Series require each individual GTA:IV patch to be installed in order to work properly, or is it possible to install the latest version (1.0.7.0) immediately?

 

Furthermore, does each ENB patch have to be installed to work properly, or is it possible to install the latest version (0.081 SORA) immediately?

 

Thanks to anyone who can answer these questions; I'm new to this and there are 300+ pages to sift through.

Hey Dpeasant3, I must say, you topped yourself with your last config.

Although, I am running into some problems:

I am having (while ENB is enabled) grey constant flash over the screen (that looks like this).

On the outside they just constantly flashing very fast, while on indoors this is just a more-or less constant grey screen like the one on the flashes, but just "static", and not flashing.

 

About some of the config itself:

The night (evening and later) is too green in my opinion, maybe these are my settings fault?

 

Aside from that, it looks extremely good (even without AA!) and moves smooth.

So keep up the good work!

Well, ive no idea. evening should be yelowish, from 18 to 20 and then just dark, like you see in the screenshots. Perhaps i messed up something when i packed everything, hope other people woll write if they have the same bugs.

PS I wrote my specs somewhere and I dont really know what the hell is alienware, as I always build up PC myself.

I have gtx 275 and triple-core phenom 2. Guess if you have quad and video of the same level, you should not worry about it much.

PS F*ck, i forgot to add some files, wait a bit. guys ill reupload.

I understand now. that was because I forgot to add bloom file, that is why the bloomed areas are ugly.

Evening and night - Cloudy, Sunny-Cloudy and Raining are still pretty green like those I posted before.

Extra sunny is still blue (I assume it's suppose to be like that), Sunny is with the yellow skies (black and yellow), and Lightning seems dark and correct.

Perhaps this will be a solution: download these settings http://www.sendspace.com/file/98kll7 and then reinstall the new ones over them. they have all the files needed(shaders and so on).

Also, extrasunny2 isnt working, i didnt want to mess with it yet and extrusunny 1 doesnt work properly too. It is actually just a sunny weather. Drizzle also is unfinished.

Man i had the same problem with the grey thing but i have to ask you peasent what graphic options do you play on since everything on hight or medium lags like hell how can i solve that and get some nice fps but also nice effects? and when i changed my resolution in the file to 1680x1050 thats the ussual one i play it shows ingame as something diffrent

my specs:

Intel® Core i7 CPU 920 @ 2.67GHz ,NVIDIA GeForce GTX 260 1792MB ,disk size 1 tera , and 9gb off ram or whatever that means.
