New version released. I can't decide any more how better to rotate the moon and it's phases. In reflections it's not visible, when i tried it, quality of reflection texture is so bad, that better to hide moon at all. And it works only if shadows quality is medium, high or very high. With external programmable shaders you may create moving clouds from camera position... a lot of.

Now, my problem is that the moon at ''extra sunny'' and ''sunny'' is pink, glows too much and most of the stars is blue. how do i fix it?

Good job boris... its soo awesome bTW how do we turn down the bloom from the bloomshader.

and I think the moon glows to much what parameter do we use to turn it down

thx to jalenliu and bone for their setts.and thx boris for your awsome updates, the game looks so much better now, i mean i alwys liked enb...but with SORA your reached a completly new level.really outstanding work.

 

and noel your setts look nice, but i would lover the bloom, it's way to much in my opinion.

LOL freak I 4got what is called but thats the moon base on starwars.

can you post your moon sets my one glows like hell I tried everything and nothing it still glows.

I'm not posting the above, that particular moon turned up on google after a moon search.

 

The moon glow is in the ini

 

try this

 

 

MoonIntensity=40.0MoonGamma=0.6

@vans123 it basicaly works like an enb palette, you just put the texture into your GTA IV directory and rename it to enbcloud.bmp.but making one of these textures is a bit more complicated, but someone explained it 3 or 4 pages earlier, just search for it, should be easy to find.

@Vans123 long time no talk bud... Download the cloud texture save it as a .bmp on the root of GTAIV where ENB is biggrin.gif

ikt--I didn't know anyone else was using Alternative Graphics Tweak with enb ... so, you must have ForceMinMax set to off, right? Or did you find another way? And did you try changing NightLightingIntensity= to darken the nights?

Thanks, i replaced the shaders with my 1.0.0.4 backups. Now things should work fine. I don't have time to try though, gotta go to school.

 

Would I be the first one to make a config that works with a bare GTA IV with no mods? smile.gif

@Boris: I don't want to sound disrespectful or unappreciative, but would it be possible to have your motion blur effect not applied within enbeffect.fx so that we can use the Ultimate Graphics Tweak rage_postfx.fxc? Or perhaps you could make a version of your enbeffects.fx file with blur effect similar to the Ultimate Graphics Tweak?

 

Again, I don't wan't to annoy you with this request as I admire your work and your dedication to the mod and the GTA community, but you are seemingly getting a lot of people having the same problem, so I thought these suggestions might help everyone (including yourself).

 

Prior to using enbseries for GTA IV I had Environment Mod V5, U.G.T (Tweak 6) and Ultimate Textures V2 and it looked very nice (IMHO) but your enbseries would've been perfect (for me) to finish it all off if it had been compatible with this setup. Right now I haven't got a good GTA IV running at all until I decide upon the best combinations of mods and settings.

 

All I would personally like is to have motion blur start almost immediately when driving a car (pulling away from being parked up) so that I can generally see the effect when driing around normally, and not having to drive at rather high speed to see any effects!

 

Either way, thanks Boris (and other contibuters) for what you have provided to us so far.

largestyle,use dkt70's shaders; they are compatible with enb and give motion blur.

Hey, DTK. I have a problem with yours, well, as soon as I get in game, it crashes. I'm using patch 1.0.0.4.

I have put up a collection of shaders, they're all original shaders, no modificatons, but they are arranged so that they force a render path, NV8, ATI DX10, ATI low, etc...

In the archive are 2 directories, one for patches 1.0.3.0 to 1.0.4.0, and patch 1.0.0.4. First, make sure you have a backup of your own shaders, now delete everything inside the shaders directory including the sub-directories, now unrar the archive I put up, goto the directory matching your patch and then open the next archive of your choice, try shaders_NV8 first, and copy the contents of NV8's shader folder to your own shader folder, and try that.

If it still crashes, try shaders_ati_low. In your case, Deremix, stick to the 1.0.0.4 folder, or you will get a crash.
