Ok heres a mirror of the stars fix, hope it's not a fail, i'm sure it's the same stars i saw in the screenshots here

And super heavy clouds made with 65AA, rendered in half a hour with my sh*t pc

those suppose to give you visible horizon clouds, i did one with blur and one without cause i'm not sure which is better...

why do you guys use sharpen filter, no game ever used constant sharpen filter and it looks terrible. i thought the point of anti aliasing is to make the image spear smoother. makes the game look like a jpeg artifact raped picture

And I suppose running a blurry soft game that lacks colour, saturation, contrast, and fake DoF looks better ?

oh so any game without a sharpen filter and uses anti aliasing is blurry? also it has nothing to do with saturation and contrast, and dof is easily removed through visual mods which you love so much. theres no argument here

boris, i got a question is there any possible way to make a ingame menu so you can adjust all the parameters every single one while playing

 

as in just drag sliders seeing the changes in realtime instead of typing numbers in a ini i been wanting that for quite some time now

 

it might get amateurs to try out to make there own enb configuration including me

That would be a pretty nice idea to have an ingame menu..since we have C++/C# hooks and else wink.gif

If I was experienced enough I'd do it, but.. I am not.

been tweaking the sky and the timecyc(editing VisualIV 1.5 to my own liking) since Ive downloaded the mod. and I must say ROCKSTAR HIRE BORIS FOR CRYINGOUTLOUD!!!!!! if anyone agrees say I R* HIRE BORIS FOR HIS WORK LOOK AT THESE SHOTS.

PLEASE COMMENT biggrin.gif.Ill put up the sky parameters if someone likes em.

So.. I can't read all posts from the beginning to this page and can someone, who

have all needed configuration for ENB, to send it to me.

I want to have that configuration, because it's amazing. From the pics most I liked

the configuration of noelgamo, DKT70 and -Bone-. Pleease! sad.gif

btw, I'm with one old version, that I can't disable it (Shift + 12 ingame) .. oops, I can,

but after 4-5 secons the ENB comes back and is so dark.. sad.gif Anyway, hope to undestand me!

ok this is strange, first pic is extra sunny other two are sunny and cloudy, as you can see first pic is good but on other two there are no clouds visible at all, everything is too bright:S...i use DKT70 sky settings, any ideas how to fix this??!?

YOU do realise that ENB itself, not only insults Rockstar for releasing a buggy, terrible, ugly looking game, it also tears it up, spits it out, and stamps on it, then laughs at it, and all from just one man, and not a million-dollar team like Rockstar.

I mean, jpeg artifacts in a highly-compressed JPEG Picture ? lol.gif

If you think you see jpeg artifacts while using a sharp filter, then you're a bigger knobsack than Haints.

Don't use it, you'll need to do some modifications to work with the newer ENB.

I tested it with default timecycle - effect isn't good, but with Enviroment V5 and VisualIV looks moch better.

Eh... as i expected, modified timecyc doesn't show good results with sky, the code is useless, at this moment only yannleo have a screenshots more or less closer to what i actually did. Anyway i want to give few suggestions how to tweak. First, make sure that in the morning the sky is not extremely bright and violet (dy default in timecyc the sun is violet most of the time suicidal.gif ), make a well balanced over all time sun color, size and corona size. Then start tweaking [sKY] category at the sunny or sunny-windy weather (by default they are the most realistic) at the 12:00, pay attention to top sky color, it must be more darker than horizon color (in car reflections it's also visible), the clouds has greater brightness, than sky. In the Sora shader all required parameters outputed to ini file, just experiment with them to understand their meaning. Of course some are not implemented, because of timecyc, idea to force values by myself (instead of timecyc) seems not good. Uh, almost forgot, better use static texture for tweaking sky, it will make this process much simpler.

First things first, I can't edit on the fly currently, if I ALT+TAB, I can't go back ingame (ATI3850, WinXP if matters), I get a black screen even if I don't edit anything just go to desktop and back. So I couldn't tweak so much with always have to start the game again, so I simply tested a few cloud textures and made one myself, here are the results at 6:00 morning and 19:30 evening.

At noon, everything is perfect, very realistic blue, but at sundown and sunset, it gets extreme blue as you see in my pictures. Which lines to modify to get less blue?

I didnt test this because im not at home, But is it possible to have the feature ingame like in just cause 2 when you enter an area the weather changes its all dark or light raining. That would be awesome

What I'm looking for is this kind of sunset and sunrise, where the sky is more grey than saturated blue, I'll try to tweak it as soon as I can edit on the fly.

PNG is unsupported, only BMP file format.

Everything like you said is under control of timecyc and enbseries.ini, on my game version i not configured it to be real, because the default sun is violet (stupid r* developers), so i created desaturation parameter and color filter rgb parameter to fix this for users, who playing with original timecyc. Btw color filter rgb is general sun color multiplier and color filter power controlling colors when sun is closer to horison by making filter color more saturated (light yellow goes to be dark red if color filter power is about 5). The sun corona in this sky affect the horizon also to simulate life like gradients of the sun. There are many changes not visible to most users in enbseries at all, so just believe me, it's possible now to achieve result like on those images.

Nice, but try to increase a bit clouds power parameter to make them more contrast and lower a bit sky top color multiplier.
