Faked his death? not possible. you shoot him to death, when he is almost dead something he cannot fake it, something will be, he must to move somehow. and i stayed there until his body disappear... Mission name i think it's contra banned. btw: how a respawn may be realistic? well if it's true i wish tenpenny, catalina, lance vance, sonny forrelli and salvatore leone will respawn in the next gta. but it's cannot be!
