severed Posted September 23, 2009 Share Posted September 23, 2009 (edited) GTA3 & Vice City look absolutely amazing played on Xbo360 with HDTV. By far the best looking version of gta3 (compared to the PS2/PC) As already mentioned, the Arcade console does not have a hard drive but, as long as you have a hard drive on your xbox it does not matter what 360 version you have. I got the combo pack for 80 cents... clearance or something. Anyway, when I put in the disk for either game it tells me "This original Xbox game is not supported on your Xbox 360 console..." If I recall correctly you need to download 'Xbox emulator' which allow you to play original xbox games on xbox 360. Emulating software can be downloaded from xbox live when you insert disc containing game compatible with xbox 360 or from xbox.com and installed on your console via CD/DVD/Pendrive. Enjoy! Actually, don't switch to 480p. Both GTA III and Vice City render at 720p on the Xbox 360. They're the only original Xbox games I know of that do that. Docfaustino Posted October 10, 2011 Share Posted October 10, 2011 I took a 10gb traditional hardrive and broke it apart, when you get rid of the shell casing, the actual hardrive fits in to the airvent of the 4gb slim just so I could play it. As long as you have a hardrive, you shouldn't have any problems. The only issue is occasional freezing, so save after every other mission. On Vice City, you'll hear a loud noise that sounds a bit like a blowdryer. But it's not too much of a distraction. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

They sold perfect so it will.The chances of the games coming to the ps2 classics on ps3 is like the chances gta 5 will be released in 2012. Very likely.
