The only thing it was missing was the helicopter flying over top looking down at the protagonist from the front shot. Is that all pre-existing in-game footage? Is that all pre-existing in-game footage? Some of it is from cutscenes, and some is done on the PC using mods I`d say. I`m gonna search the social club TV to see if there`s any more. The two guys get there at roughly the same time. He says Johnny is waiting to get paid because he is... From when he stole the diamonds in "Diamonds in the Rough". It's a bit too much of a coincidence that he calls somebody and Johnny gets a call at the same time. That's the reason Johnny gets a phonecall telling him to head to the Museum rather than the mission being initiated by going to Druscilla's. It's because we see him making the call in IV then we see Johnny recieving the call in TLAD... no Mystery about it. I know the suggestion of the video was that Ray calls Luis in that scene and tips him off about the deal but if you put two and two together in TLAD you know that it's Johnny he calls.
