AlexLB Posted July 4, 2009 Share Posted July 4, 2009 (edited) New Skateboard Shapes (Only San Andreas Brands) Basic model by: swmand4 ([email protected]) New shapes textures by: AlexCross ([email protected]) Awesome 22 textures with San Andreas brands and ads in a 1992-style for the skateboard shape like BOBO, Hinterland, Heat, Eris, Base 5 and many others. Replace the dff and choose one txd and put them on models/gta3.img You won't be able to see the skateboard in-game without enabling it first. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Open weapon.dat and find this line: £ SHOVEL MELEE 10.0 1.6 337 -1 1 BBALLBAT 1 1 null and replace it with this one: £ SHOVEL MELEE 10.0 1.6 337 -1 1 SKATEBOARD 1 1 null Now save and close. Open default.dat and find this line: 337, shovel, shovel, null, 1, 50, 0 and replace it with this one: 337, skateboard, skateboard, null, 1, 50, 0 Now save and close. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- The shovel doesn't have to be replaced. If you'd prefer another melee weapon replaced, simply look at that weapon's data in weapon.dat and default.ide and alter the lines provided above accordingly. The only thing this will do is replace a different melee weapon, changing where the skateboard spawns and who spawns with it. There are some CLEO3 mods on the Web which you can use it as a vehicle, just download it and play! ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Known bugs: CJ's hand sticks trough the other side of the board. There are also several instances of the board clipping through his chest and the ground. I think that you can more than one skate with the Ryosuke's SA Weapon Limit Adjuster, but I never tested it and there is a CLEO that you can use the skate weapon as a vehicle. And this is really good. Im in Fresh and Cool's team, and i am fan of R* brand as well. If you want to make Real Life brands, you sure can, but please make R* AND RL brands If you would make clothes, i think you could be added to FAC team. But I'm a noobie about modeling I know handle something on Corel, Fireworks and a little about Gimp and Photoshop. I made those skates one month ago, but I didn't want to post them ( I don't know why?) I LOVE the original brands if I made real brands, I wouldn't like because I think they won't fit nice on SA. I am f***ed on my school! Maybe one day... But in the future, more mods will come! @gtaSA_free: I don't know what are you talking about?!
