EzaH Posted July 4, 2009 Share Posted July 4, 2009 In The Lost and Damned, it was pretty easy to create a circle of friends since it was about a Motorcycle Club. But in The Ballad of Gay Tony, I assume it'll be a lot harder to do so. So, my question is, what kind of friends do you think Luis will have? How do you think R* will set the friendship up? Or is he even going to have any friends at all? Maybe he'll just be in contact with Tony and that's it. 'Cause if you look at it, Luis really has to make his own story in GTA IV, he doesn't show up or have anything much to do with the original story. The ones in bold are ones I'm almost certain will be. Gay Tony is Fernando's main boss and focus on BoGT and Oscar Gomez takes parts in illegal street fights, like Luis, and will probably be the one to iniate them like Brucie does with street races for Niko in vanilla-GTA IV. JOSEPH X Posted July 4, 2009 Share Posted July 4, 2009 It depends on how they feel about the criticism they got for the friends/GFs system they had in IV, they could abandon it altogether, not everybody liked it. It might have just been me, but in the Lost and Damned I was rarely asked to go out by friends, whereas IV was obviously quite different. As the database sais, he is a diamond dealer and got connection with the Jewish mob. Oscar is deffinitly luis's friend, the database said he is friend of luis. Claude Wome is an African warlord who's only convictions are from 2000 and 2002. The blood diamonds that play a key role in GTA IV, TL&D and BoGT were brought into America via the Platypus and don't seem to have any connection with Claude Wome. The Notorious MOB Posted July 9, 2009 Share Posted July 9, 2009 (edited) No doubt The Northwood Dominican Drug Dealers (Willy Valerio, Teddy Benavidez and the Gomez Brothers - Alonzo and Oscar) will play a large role in The Ballad but here's a question, what do you think they are gonna look like? We've already seen Teddy and Alonzo in GTA IV but as we've seen... their appearences may be changed when the game comes out. It may be hard to picture these guys from just a name but we also have other info about them given to us by the LCPD Database. So what will they look like? Thoughts please.. I think with TLAD it was tweaked. I dont remember one time that someone called me to go play air hockey. Another thing i notice is that I can call Clay for bike drop offs infinitely without losing respect from him (as in IV).
