Getting PC Players Vs 360 Players in MP

In the file GTAIV.exe.cfg (you can open it in notepad) there is:

Does any one know the 360 stuff for that?

It's impossible because you would have to connect to Xbox Live, which is secured.

Maybe you could look at Shadowrun (which has PC and Xbox 360 online multiplayer), how they did that.
