Most people here think that Luis Fernando Lopez will be the one who will eliminate Ray Bulgarin in GTA: The Ballad Of Gay Tony because Luis, Gay Tony and Gracie disappear after Bulgarin shows up in the GTA: IV mission, Diamonds Are A Girl's Best Friend. One person also thought that what if we don't kill Bulgarin in GTA: The Ballad Of Gay Tony. I think that Bulgarin will be the main antogonist just like what most people think, if not then I think that Willy Valerio will be a bad guy then. Gracie didn't disappear after the exchange in water works. She went back to her house. You can still meet her at the driveway, but when she see Niko she cry for help and Ancelotti goons appear.
