I have downloaded an asi loader which in the readme, says i can delete binkhookd.dll (or simliar) and replace with bink32.dll i did this and now the game says "cannot find binkhoookd.dll". also I have the latest scripthook however no mod runs. I have a scripthook in the gta4 directory. I have put two of your mods, body guard and prison break to be exact, in the gta 4 directory. Neither work. Okay, see that icon near the top that says LauchGTAIV? Right click on that and then click Run as Administrator. That should get it to work. If it doesn't, there is one more step that I didn't think was necessary (but I did it before doing anything else so I don't know) that I will tell you if that doesn't work for you. zBobG Posted July 5, 2009 Share Posted July 5, 2009 For GTA4 v1.0.3.0 and v1.0.4.0 you must use the official filelist.pak and binkw32.dll that are installed with the v1.0.3.0 or v1.0.4.0 GTA4 patch. The binkw32.dll file may have been replaced for early Mods in GTA v1.0 and v1.0.1.0, it was used as an asi loader. This replacement file is no longer needed, the function of asi loader is now done by the dsound.dll file (or xlive.dll for xLiveless). You should only have one asi loader file installed.
