Don't lose sight of that. Fighting, like the topic that came up here earlier, that's an endless cycle doomed to repeat itself. The cost? Enormous Conflict makes us who we are. The greater the cost, the greater the conflict, the greater is growth potential. Wars are an important part of development process. Like a wildfire going through a forest, they are often important for making way for new life. Such things must exist in a balance. Trying to put off an inevitable war will only result in a greater war. One that could yield in complete annihilation. Although I suppose there is some truth to the inevitability of certain wars. World War II was just a delayed reaction of an unfinished product of World War I. John The Grudge Posted September 2, 2009 Share Posted September 2, 2009 (edited) Aside from anything sex related, because it's too obvious, waking up to an empty house in the summer with a couple of weeks off work ahead of you. Bliss. Another one is when you're out with the lads and it's been a long night. You try to get a taxi home but none seem to be around. Stubbornly you wait around for one to turn up but after what seems like ages you give in and face the dreaded walk home with the cold wind in your face. This is made worse because you know that had you just walked in the first place you'd be in bed by now. At this point you're now stone cold sober but sheer tiredness is causing you to stumble and sway as you walk slowly home. This walk will take you ages, with the odd pause for a lean against a wall. When you finally arrive home you collapse onto your wonderfull glorious bed and instantly fall asleep. This is a wonderful feeling. (just shoot them in the leg) i'm not a terrorist or an american but i hate talibans.. yes i hate talibans because they have killed a lot of people plus they are "doing it" for allah but they can't be doing it because their book of their religion says you shall not kill. it's almost like the christian bible. im interested in religions but i do not belong to any.
