I obtained the "Lowest Point" achievement, but it seems that it didn't register. This is odd, because it showed the "achievement unlocked" graphic after I completed "Roman's Sorrow". I was signed into GFWL when I obtained the achievement.

 

I have the retail version of the game and the game is patched to 1.4.
