FPS, love em or hate em?

I want to say also there are a lot of FPS games in disguise as a 3PS.

 

Examples include:

 

Vice City - strafe etc - Tommy is just an extension of the game that moves and animates according to your first person view. Carl is different in San Andreas, you control HIM, he isn't connected to YOU. See?

 

Max Payne is another example. It is a FPS with a character attached, not a full-fledged 3PS. Anyone else know other games like that? Those are my favorite kinds of PC 3PS (however, I don't mind SA not being like this because I play GTA with my PS2 controller in my PC and I don't play the older games much because they are really old feeling compared to SA, especially camera controls and forced FPS-look etc)

 

(pc only plz - you can't notice this different kind of 3PS on a console joypad - play Max on PC you'll feel it )
