Hi i have install GTA 4 today and first time i started gta its work but when windows live have a update i update it but now i cant start GTA 4 anymore...

You will need to describe your problem in more detail. What's actually going on? Also, post your specs.

 

Try removing GFWL from add and remove programs, then download and install it from here. Have you updated the game to 1.0.4.0?
