A Better Blur

I just noticed that during a LJ mission there was a strange blur for a sec so i clicked Print Screen. This is what it looked like:

 

 

Anyway to get the game to permanently look like this?

And do not tell me to press P because the blur isn't that good.... I want it like the above image!

I got this blur ingame too. It's the cutscene blur filter.

 

 

The blur is actually DOF so it doesn't cover the whole screen, only things in the distance.

id like that it makes it look like anti aliasing without the blur the game looks ugly, i'm not farsighted btw

Much better blurr to get ride of the jaggies.

And no, I never use the P blurr

because if you drive a car, the game will look horrible.

And rotating the camera makes even worse.
